Overview

Community Leadership and Management Department at Mon National College offers a wide range of community leadership and management skills designed and delivered in line with local, national and international standards. The Community Leadership and Management (CLM) Course at Mon National College will provide courses for Associate Degree for Mon and other ethnic students, to obtain basic academic professional skills such as leadership, management, theory of community development, partnership, and social work skills to become social workers, leaders, managers in local, regional, national and global levels. This course is the basic learning on the leadership and management for the students that they can improve themselves as well as a bridge their education for Bachelor degree in community development, organizational development, business management, organizational leadership in other universities and or institutions. 

Course Learning Outcomes

  • Acquisition of Knowledge and Application: Students will demonstrate engagement, managerial, and leadership abilities by applying and integrating community development practices effectively.
  • Critical and Innovative Thinking: Students will creatively and objectively analyze community needs and problems, devising innovative solutions to foster positive change.
